Lufthansa First Class is an amazing experience that can be booked using most transferrable credit card points.
I booked this flight using 100k Air Canada Aeroplan Miles transferred from Capital One Miles 1:1 plus approximately $75 USD. You can transfer points from Capital One Venture Miles, American Express Membership Rewards Points, Chase Ultimate Rewards Points, and Bilt Rewards Points all at a 1:1 ratio to Air Canada Aeroplan Miles. Award availability only becomes availability for Lufthansa First Class approximately 3 days in advance. So you do need to be flexible to book it. I like to book a refundable ticket (usually on points) that I would be okay taking, but I can cancel if Lufthansa Award space becomes available.

The flight included a connection in Frankfurt to stop in at the Lufthansa First Class Terminal. And then seated in seat 1A in the very nose of the aircraft and farther forward than the pilots.
The flight also includes a large selection of champagne, white wine, red wine, and spirits. This is also more food available than you can eat in the time on the flight.
Although this is not the most modern and private class cabin, the seat is very large and extremely comfortable. The staff is very friendly and has two dedicated flights attendants for the total 8 seats in the cabin. You also receive a packed amenity kit, slippers and pajamas.
